I am a PACFA-certified somatic psychotherapist and counsellor. I specialise in trauma-informed awareness practices that dissolve the root causes of your suffering to liberate the freedom, authenticity and wholeness that is rightfully yours. In session, I invite you to move beyond the stories you tell about yourself into an experiential, embodied understanding of your core wounds so that you can tend and heal them. My work is holistic, encompassing body, mind and spirit, helping you to resolve the deeper, unconscious patterns, programs and processes that are holding you back.

I support clients with a variety of presentations and referrals to enhance their overall lifestyle satisfaction and wellbeing. These range from anxiety and depressive symptoms, to self esteem and other more significantly deeply rooted psychological impairment, such as trauma. My clients are driven and motivated to create positive change in their lives by adopting proactive strategies, along with lowering their protective mechanisms to explore challenges which have had significant impacts on their wellbeing and functioning.

In my practice, I work towards an understanding of each person’s needs to develop a responsive, culturally sensitive practice, and provide an empathic, non-judgmental space where people can feel heard, valued, connected, empowered and understood. I have extensive experience working with teens through to adults of all genders, and specialise in trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ASD, sexuality, gender, identity and self-esteem.

Morgan specialises in relationship counselling, domestic violence, sex therapy. He also provides counselling for anger management, stress management, depression, porn addiction and personal development.
