We provide counselling specialising in the following areas: psychosexual therapy for sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction, performance anxieties, ejaculatory disorders, painful sex and mismatched/low libido; relationship counselling; individual counselling especially around gender/sexual orientation issues, trauma and anxiety/depression. We have special interest in men's health, ageing sexuality, sexual function after cancer diagnosis/treatment, infidelity, sexual trauma and gay/lesbian/queer relationships including consensual non-monogamy.
We conduct a thorough bio-psycho-social-sexual assessment and, with you, come up with a treatment plan tailored to your concerns, needs and goals. Our sex therapy work is influenced by Integrative Sexual Health Counselling, Sensate Focus and the Good Enough Sex Model. Our relationship work is influenced by Gottman Method Couple Therapy, EFT and CCBT.
I know it can be confronting to address issues pertaining to sex, trauma and relationships. I have over 14 years experience in the Sexual Health/HIV sector and am sensitive to the challenges and barriers you may be facing. I offer a non judgmental, empathic, and confidential service where you can speak freely about your concerns.
