Kristina is a psychologist and owner of Grow Psychology Space, located in Warilla, NSW. Kristina utilises a number of evidence-based approaches in her work including Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
