I am a Fellow and clinical supervisor of both the Australian Psychological Society’s Colleges of Clinical Psychologists and Health Psychologists. I have completed training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Nutritional Medicine in Mental Health, and Neurofeedback, and have 25 years of clinical experience in public, medical, and private settings. My therapeutic approach is goal-oriented and employs biopsychosocial strategies to hasten your recovery. Your therapy is designed for your unique needs, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and utilising a variety of other modalities as required
I provide assessment and treatment for a range of conditions, including low mood, anxiety, adjustment disorder, interpersonal communication difficulties, stress management, and treatment to overcome self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy. I am a registered WorkCover provider and accept NDIS clients.
