I provide counselling to couples, individuals and families at my practice in Brackenfell, with about 20 years' experience in Drug and Alcohol addiction, Trauma, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Divorce, Parenting and Employee Wellness. I am also a certified Parent Effectiveness Training Instructor, affiliated with Gordon Training International.
I love family, and this is where my passion lies – no matter how “crazy” or messy! There is no such thing as a perfect life or a perfect family; My life and family is by no means perfect, but I am happy and content and I am forever learning and growing and that is what I would love to help others with as well.
