Integrative counselling since 2009. I use a bespoke mix of therapy approaches for each person, including the potent REBT (a type of CBT) and Mindfulness. Now glad to also offer the amazing EFT, and hypnotherapy. Conditioned thinking processes and 'wonky' perspectives can trip us all up.
