I am a pre-accredited member of IACP abiding by their codes of ethics and standards of working. I hold a Master of Arts in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy (Clinical). I strive to create a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their inner selves, gain self-awareness, and tap into their inner wisdom and ultimately make changes to live the life they deserve with authenticity and to improve their health and well-being. Reaching out for support in times of difficulty is courageous and making the initial contact can be the hardest step of counselling.
I strive to meet the client where they are in their process and I tailor my psychotherapeutic approaches and tools based on the unique clients' needs. My main approaches are psychodynamic, Gestalt, psychosynthesis, and CBT. My overall expertise is working with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, suicidal ideation, trauma and addiction.
