I am an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable individual with a wealth of experiences combined with appropriate qualifications who has been supporting individuals through general, complex and diverse issues they may experience. I believe in creative yet simple ways to bring out positive emotional, social and cognitive changes in people. I have a diverse and comprehensive educational background from the University of Adelaide and Delhi (India). I have current police checks, all my DCSI screenings. Providing E-Counselling to Asians and Indians. In one sentence, encouraging self care, positivity and mental health is my life’s passion.

I have decided to change my life and moved to a different country. I have suffered heartbreak and kept the courage to continue to love. I have changed jobs countless times. In these short years of life, I can say I have found people, ideas, theories, and practices that have helped me become a stronger human being. I aim to help do self analysis constructively and get insight into various problems. Together with the client find solutions to personal and professional issues. I help my clients to manage stress, anxiety, reduce conflicts in relationships, improve rational thinking, depression, negative thinking and have worked with all age groups. Together we analyse the situations, people and the tasks at hand to get positive outcomes. I have successfully handled cases of exam anxiety, pathological job changing behaviour, pathological liar, parenting of teenagers, marriage counselling, couple counselling, learning disability, social anxiety.

With over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy and counselling I practice both psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as CBT - which is an excellent and valuable combination. I also hold special skills in addictions therapy, such as alcohol, drugs, tranquillisers, sugar, food, gambling, sex - and I have also run a practice for people with dependency. I work with a wide range of different problem issues, such as stress/burnout, anxiety/panic attacks, depression, addictions, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, anger management, bereavement/loss, bullying, perfectionism, phobias, adjusting to health conditions/chronic pain.
