I am a clinical social worker with years of experience supporting people on the hardest days of their lives. This includes traumatic loss, suicide intervention, intimate partner violence, traumatic invalidation, and debilitating hopelessness. I have a narrative approach and training that focuses in the areas of DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
I believe all behaviour is communication; we just have to understand what drives it so we can treat it. Laughing, crying, swearing, and all emotions big or small are welcome during our time together. I believe in the power of genuine human connection and it would be an absolute privilege to walk with you through this chapter in life.
