Clients seek my professional support to alleviate current distress that they experience which could be caused by psychological, emotional, environmental and/or physical factors. Clients often request short to medium term interventions to lessen the effects of psychological trauma or recent and/or old events on their lives. Clients attend sessions with clinical diagnoses or their current experiences of moderate to severe level of symptoms resulting their interest in receiving assessments for formal diagnoses. Specific needs and goals of therapy could be discussed in the first session.
