Do you struggle with anxiety, stress, effective communication in your relationships, ADHD/ADD, and difficulty in understanding and managing your emotions? My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space to help you navigate and understand your experiences, and manage and improve symptoms that may be impacting your quality of life. I am a registered Counsellor working with clients age 16 years and above.
