I am a qualified and experienced Nepalese Counsellor and Psychotherapist, registered with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Hi There! My name is Sean, I am a newly registered counsellor, specialising in personal centred therapy, narrative based therapy and physical exercise. As well as being a qualified strength coach, my counselling style is talk based, casual and relaxed, very non clinical to put it into perspective :).

I am a Psychologist in my eleventh year of clinical practice in Newcastle, NSW.
