As the founder of Hawkesbury River Psychology, I offer online and nature-based therapy on the Hawkesbury River. My approach integrates mindfulness, art therapy, and creative expression. I also run anxiety management, suicide prevention for young people, and men’s support groups—held on a boat or in the bush—to foster connection and healing.
I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, always using evidence-based practices. When appropriate, I integrate artistic expression, adding depth and meaning to the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a supportive space for reflection and growth. I offer sessions in both English and Portuguese, ensuring accessibility and comfort.
