Chloe’s depth of psychological counselling includes depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders (eg: Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Panic Disorder), grief and loss, trauma, life or vocational stress, interpersonal issues, adjustment difficulties, health related problems and self-esteem issues. Chloe mainly works with adults. Chloe’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approach, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).

Gigi is a registered Educational & Developmental Psychologist. Gigi completed her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at the University of Melbourne. Gigi is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults of all neurotypes using a holistic and strength-based approach. Gigi is experienced in conducting comprehensive psycho-educational and neurodevelopmental (Autism, ADHD) assessments for young people and adults.

Nasim is a recognised mental health social work provider with Medicare Australia, Work Safe and NDIS, delivering clinical social work services, counselling and psychotherapy to people with mental health disorders. Nasim has an extensive level of work experience across both public and private sectors, including for organisations such as the Victorian Government, Anglicare and HeadSpace. In recent years, Nasim has had the experience to work closely with patients from Intensive Psychiatric Units across East Melbourne as a Dual Diagnosis Counsellor. Nasim has formal training in EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and IFS Therapy.

Tim is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society with over a decade of experience across crisis and clinical settings. He has worked with individuals and couples from varied backgrounds on a wide range of problems, from common issues to more complex and long-standing concerns.

Kat has been passionate about supporting adults and children with neurodiversity since 2007. She has specialized in assessment and intervention for individuals with ASD, ADHD, Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, giftedness, and developmental differences. She is a warm and collaborative clinician with an evidence based and neurodiverse affirming approach to supporting children, adolescents, and adults to reach their individual goals.

Adam is a friendly and empathetic registered psychologist who is motivated by seeing people create a more optimal future; be the best version of themselves, and improve their psychological wellbeing. Adam works with adults to provide assessment and intervention across a range of areas including stress management, anxiety, depression, workplace issues, motivation and leadership development. Adam uses a collaborative approach with clients to identify the challenges they are facing and the outcomes they wish to achieve.
