I am psychotherapist and university lecturer. I graduated from the University of Vienna with a PhD and have an additional training in couples counseling, trauma therapy (EMDR), child and adolescents therapy. My approach is based on Carl Rogers´s core theories including: congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard. I also operate as a kink aware professional.My goal is to help facilitate change and personal growth and help my clients gain insight into their patterns and difficulties. I work with adults, adolescents and couples all over the world.I offer counseling in English, German, French and have basic knowledge in Dutch

Owning degrees in both economics and psychotherapy science has sparked my wish to work with people who are functional individuals, but who, at one point in their lives, started to lose motivation and energy, who are overwhelmed by daily hassles, and lost their focus in life. It is my honor to use my experience and knowledge to support individuals and couples (especially bicultural) in managing different types of stresses in their lives.

I offer a free orientation consultation via telephone. Sessions are available via video and telephone!
