Owning degrees in both economics and psychotherapy science has sparked my wish to work with people who are functional individuals, but who, at one point in their lives, started to lose motivation and energy, who are overwhelmed by daily hassles, and lost their focus in life. It is my honor to use my experience and knowledge to support individuals and couples (especially bicultural) in managing different types of stresses in their lives.
The main topics I work with individuals are anxiety, panic attacks, Fomo, procrastination, social anxiety, and burnout. With couples, I have specialised in communication problems, conflict management, infidelity, divorce, intimacy, premarital counselling, cultural adjustment, and role expectations.
