We have 19 therapists with many different approaches and specialties. We take almost all insurances including Mass Health. We have day, after school, evening and weekend appointments for the convenience of our clients. We have been providing mental health services in North Reading for 23 years. We specialize in child and adolescent issues but also have expertise in family issues and adult problems. To refer yourself or someone else, call our main number and ask for a referral coordinator. They will take some basic information about what you are looking for and match you with a therapist who has experience in your particular problem, has appointments when you need them, and can take your insurance. We are 100% telehealth at this time and don't anticipate in person sessions going forward.

Square Medical Group (est. 2008) has been offering TMS treatment for depression to patients in the greater Boston area since 2016, utilizing Brainsway TMS technology. This is a safe, innovative, and effective treatment for persistent depression that has not responded to typical antidepressant medications or first-line psychotherapy treatments. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation utilizes strong magnetic pulses to regulate activity in precisely targeted brain areas. The patient is awake and alert during the 30-minute sessions, which are scheduled daily Monday through Friday for about 8 weeks.

Leaves of Change Counseling is a queer owned and operated multidisciplinary practice located in Northampton, Massachusetts. The Triangle Program at Arbour-HRI Hospital offers both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Services include short-term intensive group therapy geared towards the unique mental health needs of the adult LGBTQIAA+ population. Common issues addressed include, but are not limited to, mood instability, stress, anxiety, depression, disorganized thinking, trauma, co-occurring addictions, and gender dysphoria. Participants attend group therapy sessions, meet with a clinician for individual counseling and case management needs, and a psychiatric prescriber for medication management. For all of the PHPs at Arbour-HRI Hospital, breakfast and lunch are provided as a part of the program. As well, participants can be supported in securing transportation within a ten-mile radius to and from the program. Requests for transportation services must be made after the initial intake.

Fitchburg Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and specializes in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who have opioid addictions. MAT combines the use of prescription medication with counseling. This approach has proved to be successful in helping patients maintain recovery. Unlike some methadone clinics that only provide one kind of medication, we offer methadone and Suboxone to address opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms. These medications can help patients stop using opioids without experiencing painful symptoms of withdrawal. While medication can treat the physical aspect of opioid addiction, MAT includes a therapy component to address the emotional and psychological aspects of addiction. This patient-centered approach to treatment aims to help people feel empowered and motivated to overcome opioid addiction and thrive.
