Self Esteem

The purpose of the Self-Esteem Group is to help youth and adults feel positively about themselves, change negative thoughts into positive ones, set attainable goals, and ultimately prevent the negative risk factors, such as, but not limited to, developing depression, dropping out of school, and attempting or committing suicide.
