I have extensive experience in treating individuals with trauma, as well as working through depression, anxiety, OCD, relational distress and general life stressors and adjustment.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), trained in cognitive therapy, person-centered therapy, and many other types of therapy, but I believe connection and rapport are of primary importance when establishing our therapeutic relationship.
