I work with clients, supporting them to achieve their goals, empowering them with skills that they can apply in the future when in need. I create a supportive setting and find actionable solutions. I am the greatest first point of contact when you are not sure where to turn to.
I specialize on individual therapy, family and group therapy, marital therapy, grief, loss and trauma debriefing, alcohol and substance abuse as well as mental health issues. Expertise in conflict management, anger management, bereavement counselling, domestic violence, parenting, gender based violence, coping skills, substance abuse.
Client's information is kept confidential as long as it does not endanger anyone (including yourself). In-person and online services, email. Medical aids acceptable and cash R550 per session, EFT also. Couples rate is R650. Clients are seen on pre-booked appointments. Follow-ups and referrals when needed are also done.
