I am a counsellor that loves people. I love working with a client and slowly seeing the light return to their eyes. I have a special place in my heart for children, teens and woman, Pre marital counselling and people with anxiety. By the use of play, art, TRE and cognitive thought we sort through your thought process and help you or your child get information regarding your situation. I help you grow and make informed decisions. To grow is a privilege and to be happy is you're right. In a one to one process I give you tools and insight that you integrate in your everyday life
Some people do not want to talk. TRE (tention trauma release exercise) is a wonderful way to calm the nervous system and to help you get to place were you an help yourself. Come and learn to love yourself.
