I am a Clinical Psychologist in private practice, and I offer a safe, compassionate space where adults, adolescents, and couples can find support, healing, and growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, or challenges in relationships or at work, I provide therapy that meets you where you are. My approach is psychodynamically informed and tailored to each individual, helping uncover both conscious and unconscious patterns that may be keeping you stuck. In therapy, we work together to understand your inner world, process difficulties, and reconnect with your authentic self.
I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and you don’t need to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you are looking for short-term support or a deeper, longer journey, I am committed to walking alongside you as you build resilience, healing, and a stronger sense of self.
