I am a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic space for children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic approaches while remaining responsive to each client’s unique context, culture, and lived experience.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, emotional regulation concerns, and life transitions.
I provide professional psychological services to adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges.
