Life can be really challenging, and sometimes we find ourselves trying our absolute hardest, yet still feeling overwhelmed, thinking, “I have no idea what else to do.” People come to therapy for many reasons: understanding patterns of behaviour, making sense of difficult experiences from the past, or navigating a specific life challenge. Many are simply looking for a space where they are heard without judgment and where someone genuinely tries to step into their world and understand their perspective.
I specialise in depression, trauma, sexual difficulties and familial and relationship challenges. My approach is psychodynamic and integrative, with a particular focus on culture, religion and spirituality, and how these dimensions can be explored in therapy to support a deeper understanding of the self.
