Over 20 years experience has enabled me to offer skilled support and practical approaches to help clients address a wide range of life challenges. These include areas such as relationships, personal growth and development, therapeutic exploration of hurt and loss, anger management, life balance, stress and low mood, life stage transitions, adult ADHD etc.
