I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey back home to yourself. I accompany people as they deal with life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, identity crises, suicide, burnout and trauma, from age 13 and up. To heal is to make whole again. It is calling back all the parts of ourselves that have been lost and exiled, tending to the old wounds, and coming alive to what we have inside of us. It is discovering all of who we are, and finding meaning in all of who we are.
I believe people are the experts in their own lives, and my role is helping them connect with what they need within themselves to heal. I use practices that are ceremonial, embodied, nature-based and creative, with a particular interest in the relationship between the wild and our innate wild spirits.

Monthly Grief Gathering
We live in a largely death and grief phobic society where we are not often granted the opportunity to meet our grief, and to be held in warm recognition without someone trying to fix, rescue, advise or judge us. Join this monthly gathering to spend time with grief in warm communal presence, root into powerful versions of ourselves, and identify grounding practices as we navigate the tides of bereavement.
