My clients are individuals, couples and families who seek assistance with mental health issues, relationship problems and are often faced with depression, anxiety, traumatic responses, grief, illness and chronic pain.
I use a narrative and holistic approach in therapy as well as expressive arts and play therapy with children.
My special interest is in sexual health related to individuals and couples living with chronic illness, recognizing the importance of intimacy and quality of life.
I provide face to face as well as virtual counselling and facilitate group therapy for cancer patients as well as patients with chronic pain.
