My approach is well suited for Students and Adults who are interested in self-awareness and identity formation as a means to deal with problems associated with every day life including depression, anxiety, and other low to medium risk pathologies.
I also have experience with addiction, and offer aftercare treatment for those busy with recovery or recently finished treatment at a recovery institution.
I offer an eclectic approach incorporating Jungian Analysis, Schema Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural therapy with an emphasis on personality, identity formation, and relationships. I further have interest in dream analysis, shadow work, archetypes, object relations, and attachment theory.
