The people I work with are often holding so much anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, or the aftershocks of emotional trauma. Many are strong on the outside but tired of holding it all in. Some have walked away from emotionally harmful relationships and are trying to rebuild their sense of self. Others feel stuck, lost, or like they’ve quietly disappeared under the weight of life. What they long for most is space to breathe, to feel safe, and to begin coming home to themselves again.

I'd love to be your guide through it all, and together we can uncover a better version of yourself - not for the sake of others, but for yourself.
