Without realising it, we have been living and functioning on survival mode.
As we become aware of our past experiences, and accept them, we are able to deal with the triggers. Awareness and acceptance allow us then to form a new identity, not one constructed by the events of the past. A new independent authentic voice is found. New thought patterns are constructed. An entirely new and positive perspective on life is formed.
