Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like you're just not quite yourself anymore? Maybe you've lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way and aren't sure how to find your way back. Maybe you just need someone in your corner. I aim to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are; messy thoughts, big emotions, and all. Whether we meet in person at my practice in Cape Town, or Online, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I am a registered counsellor with the HPCSA & BACP in the UK, working with teenagers and young adults through grief, loss, anxiety, relationships and life transitions. My approach is integrative & completely tailored to you, drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, Attachment and Solution-Focused techniques to help you understand yourself & develop ways to cope.
