Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, while inside you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of trying to hold everything together. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, heartbreak, relationship struggles, a difficult transition, or questioning what you really want from your life. Perhaps you understand everyone else, but struggle to understand yourself. Therapy can be a space to pause, breathe, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. I offer a warm, honest and non-judgemental space where you don’t need to have the right words or all the answers. You can simply come as you are.

I am a registered counsellor with the HPCSA & BACP in the UK, working with teenagers and young adults through grief, loss, anxiety, relationships and life transitions. My approach is integrative & completely tailored to you, drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, Attachment and Solution-Focused techniques to help you understand yourself & develop ways to cope.
