I work with children, adolescents, adults and families. Many of my clients experience social- and emotional-related issues, such as navigating peer and family relationships, work-related stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. I work from a systemic viewpoint, believing that change in one person can affect the entire system. No two clients are the same, so tailor-made treatment programmes are established for each individual client. I believe all people have potential to be the best version of themselves; sometimes they need some assistance discovering, and working towards that.
Areas of special interest: assessments (psycho-educational, psycho-legal/ forensic, career, school readiness, etc), working with children and families from divorced homes, and children and adults with ADHD and other neuro-developmental conditions. I can claim directly from most medical aids according to medical aid rates. Online/ in-person.
