My Psychological Counseling practice is based on what is referred to as SASii Intervention Psychological Counseling from a Neurodiversity perspective. Sessions are aimed at improving your well-being, reduce stress by either addressing the causes of stress or by reducing the impact of stress on your body and on your mind. Your brain is made up of networks of small cells called Neurons that communicate Electro-Chemically to enable you to think, feel, and interact with the world around you. Key focus areas: Stress-Attachment-Sleep-Inflammation-Intimidation-Interference.
Katarina is a Published author of Honeycomb2020 that focus on Mental Health Matters and Family Values, she is the Director for GETeducare a Hybrid Academy for students that prefer an alternative to mainstream a NQF4, equivalent to The National Senior Certificate.
