Developmental and systemic trauma can profoundly shape how we show up in the world—as individuals, leaders, and members of community. I specialise in working with childhood and attachment trauma, as well as the systemic wounds related to race, gender, and organisational culture. My approaches support clients to metabolise and integrate these complex life experiences, deepening emotional embodiment, and restoring connection with innate wisdom, creative aliveness, and joy. Through the therapeutic process, we open pathways to greater meaning, resilience, and personal effectiveness.
I work with arts-based, embodied and systemic approaches, all underpinned by Eastern and Jungian psychology orientations. Story, imagery, psychodrama, archetypes, art-making, family constellations - these are some of the doorways through which we might explore your experiences, healing and aspirations.
I spent over 25 years in organisational leadership. Many of these included my own healing journey. I get what it takes to function effectively whilst walking the path of personal healing and recovery. Our world needs healthy leaders and organisations; I offer a restorative, safe space with deep understanding of the journey.
