I am a registered Counselling Psychologist based in Little Falls (Roodepoort) and Lenasia, offering both in-person and online therapy via Zoom. I work with adults, adolescents and couples who are experiencing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship challenges and life transitions. Therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore these concerns, develop healthier coping strategies and work towards emotional healing and personal growth.
I offer anxiety therapy, trauma therapy, depression counselling and couples counselling, helping clients understand the underlying causes of their struggles while building practical tools for lasting change. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual and incorporates evidence-based methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling and BWRT. These approaches are effective in treating trauma, anxiety, depression and emotional difficulties.
