I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults and couples. My approach to therapy is collaborative. This means that we will work together to understand the underlying psychological patterns that are possibly the explanation behind you feeling stuck, unfulfilled and burdened with thoughts, emotions and situations.
I am mindful of the fact that each person is different and unique, and thus a need to adapt each treatment in a way that is appropriate to the particular circumstances.
The value of the work we will do together is often affirmed through improved quality of relationships; improved tolerance of life givens, disappointments and regrets; and significant reductions in feelings of distress.
