I am a HPCSA registered Counselling Psychologist. I am passionate about people and communities, and I consider it a privilege to walk a journey of understanding, growth, healing, and empowerment with my clients no matter their current stressors and challenges. My view on therapy is that clients are wholistic beings, and as such, real change can only take place if their social, psychological, physical, spiritual, and behavioural needs are acknowledged and supported throughout the client's therapeutic journey. I work with both individual adults and couples.
I have been trained in various therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT & PCT. I also acknowledge and understand that clients present with their own unique sets of needs which often require an eclectic approach, which I utilize and enjoy.
