At a young age I began to discern my high levels of empathy for those in pain & this I believe in part is because of my own story of brokenness. People tended to open up to me quite easily about their personal stories. My whole heart gravitated towards the helping profession specifically within the spaces of healing, empowering , inspiring & teaching. I unequivocally know that my life's work is to help others to become products of their purpose and not their pain.To flourish in the areas of emotion, relationships, meaning, accomplishment and engagement. ( Martin Seligman). To thrive and not merely survive.
I know emptiness & purposelessness. Anaethetizing life. Measuring myself against others. Never enough. I know the pain of loss through death & divorce. To not want to see another day because of the darkness of depression. I know soul destroying anger & unforgiveness. I also know the overcoming of these experiences. I would be honored to help you OVERCOME!
