I’m a clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and their families. I work primarily from a psychodynamic framework. I offer a calm space to help you unpack what is troubling you and to make sense of difficult feelings, reoccurring challenges and relationship difficulties. The goal of this is to help you develop a better understanding of yourself and patterns of behaviour that may be hindering your development and emotional wellbeing.
I also have additional training and extensive experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which I use when working with children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, particularly OCD, panic attacks and social anxiety, due to its solid evidence base.
