I take an integrative, client-centred approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor the process to each person’s unique needs, goals, and life context. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship and supporting clients as they work towards greater understanding, resilience, and wellbeing.
I believe that therapy works best when it is collaborative. My aim is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
