Hi, I'm Tara. I am a counsellor registered with the ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners) as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor. I have a deep passion for assisting individuals, couples and teens in their journeys of healing, connection, processing and self discovery.
My preferred method of counselling can vary
as I believe in a collaborative and individualized approach that is centered around what would benefit the client most - your values, preferred pace and goals. I, therefore, work in collaboration with each client to ensure they are an active part in their counselling journey
