Healing From Narcissistic Abuse
6 week support group. This group is for anyone who has experienced emotional manipulation, gaslighting, control or narcissistic abuse and is struggling to make sense of the impact. The semi-structured support group offers a safe, contained space to understand narcissistic abuse, rebuild self-trust and connect with others who truly understand. The group follows a guided programme while allowing time for open discussion, reflection and peer support. Group size is limited to 8 participants. Flexible timeslots are available - please enquire.
