I'm a registered counsellor with over 10 years of counselling experience. I hold Bachelor of Social Sciences honours degree, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree, a Diploma in Counselling and communications and a first aid level one certificate that includes behavioural emergencies management for the mental health professionals.
I'm a natural connector with people. I specialize in trauma counselling, trauma debriefing, children (7-10), young adults and adults. I offer my sessions in 5 languages: Siswati, Zulu, Xhosa, Sesotho and Sepedi.

I offer free 15 minutes consultation to clarify your needs. I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I provide psycho-educational and psycho-social support. The session is 60-75 minutes.
