Seeking therapy can feel daunting as it asks us to pause, turn inward, and gently explore parts of ourselves that may feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable. This process, although overwhelming, can also be deeply healing and transformative.
I offer both individual and couples therapy, I work with adolescents and adults. I support individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, PTSD) as well as those who may not have a diagnosed mental health condition but are navigating challenging life circumstances or seeking personal growth and clarity.
I offer both short-term goal-oriented therapy, as well as longer-term in-depth work. My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), while also incorporating psychodynamic perspectives to explore deeper patterns and past experiences.
As a clinical psychologist, I aim to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
