I mainly use a Person Centred approach to counselling combined with techniques from IMAGO, Gottman, BioPsychoSocial, Cognitive Behavioural/Rational Emotive Behavioural, Existentialism, Gestalt, Mindfulness and Narrative.
I believe in the healing power of human connection and empathetic understanding without judgement. I strive to create a safe and secure environment for every client to feel safe while expressing their emotions.
