I am a Registered Counsellor with the HPCSA and an accredited family and divorce mediator registered with the SAAM. I practice in Midrand and Pretoria. My therapeutic focus is trauma, anxiety and stress, pain coaching, family and divorce mediation and co-parenting coaching. I provide a safe and grounded environment, allowing people to explore their experiences, anxiety, and stress. The healing process focuses on assisting people in finding a healthier version of themselves.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, and adjustment problems and facilitate coping skills. Assisting with improving communication and reducing conflict within the family unit. I offer family mediation and preparation of court documentation for parenting plans and divorce.
