I am a Registered Counsellor with the HPCSA and an accredited family and divorce mediator registered with the SAAM. I practice in Midrand and Pretoria. My therapeutic focus is trauma, anxiety and stress in children and adolescents, adults and family and divorce mediation and co-parenting coaching. I provide a safe and grounded environment allowing people to explore their experiences, anxiety, and stress. The healing process focuses on assisting people in finding a healthier version of themselves. I have transitioned from working within NPO's to private practice.
I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, and adjustment problems and facilitate coping skills. Assisting with improving communication and reducing conflict within the family unit. I offer family mediation and preparation of court documentation for parenting plans and divorce.
Individual therapeutic support assists and equips a client to move forward from a position of disempowerment, feeling stuck or experiencing a difficult situation. Beginning a therapeutic process can be a big step for you, and it is always an honour to walk this journey with you.
