Is it really work if one loves what they do? The reason I became a Social Worker was because I never wanted to work a day in my life but to love what I do. I am a Counsellor and a Mental health training facilitator. On a daily basis i work with individuals who are in need of counseling, mentorship and/or debriefing because they have gone through a traumatic event, are worried about their mental health or are looking at ways to manage day-to-day life stressors. I am also happy to say that some of my clients come to me with the idea of combating mental health related illnesses by creating a culture of going to therapy. I also do corporate talks and workshops where i help manage mental health in the workplace and formulate productive work environments.

I have over 18 years of experience as Child Protection social worker and counsellour. 11 years were spent working on the frontline with children, parents and guardians in crisis in London (UK) and 7 years of counselling and coaching individuals in person and online. I welcome families and individuals from all walks of lives to seek my expertise, with current or long standing issues that causes upset in their daily lives. I regret I am unable to assist individuals with diagnosed psychiatric conditions. I also offer sessions in Swedish.
