Masters in Counselling Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand, I’ve worked at Helen Joseph Hospital, consulted in pain clinics, and in management consulting to large corporations and executives. Therapy changed my life once and now I aim offer the same space to others: focused, human, and quietly powerful. Simply, to help you live with clarity, strength, and intention.
I offer individual therapy for adults and late adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I work collaboratively to reduce distress and support meaningful, lasting change.
It’s not always easy to reach out, especially when things feel overwhelming. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. If you're feeling stuck or unsure, we can take it step by step together. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where we can begin exploring what you need.
