With a profound dedication to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys and a strong background in psychology and Human Capital Development, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to this esteemed programme and to the field of counselling psychology. During my experience in practical counselling, I have encountered numerous cases of trauma, bereavement, couple and relationship issues, personal and emotional challenges, and have provided overall support and assistance to human development.
This experience has taught me that counselling is a multidimensional practice which involves understanding concepts from various perspectives and promoting a positive thought process to improve mental health.
