As a systemic counsellor, I view the individual as part of a larger interconnected unit/system, such as a couple, family, community or organisation, and seek to understand how the individual’s difficulties are linked to their relational context and/or environment. Emphasising the importance of emotional-, spiritual-, and mental well-being, I assist individuals who might feel stuck in their current situation and help equip them with valuable skills for navigating the demands of daily life. Some primary areas of interest include (but are not limited to) anxiety, couples counselling, affair recovery, grief, life transitions.
I enjoy working with adults (individuals and couples) and adolescents. I have a keen interest in marriage therapy, affair recovery, and sandtray-therapy for adults and adolescents.
